Put the chopped peppers, onions and tomatoes in the hot olive oil. Season the vegetables and simmer for 4 minutes under a lid over low heat.
Then add the crushed garlic, olives (cut in half), pour the tomato sauce and white wine, add the oregano and hot pepper. Stir.
Finally, put the fish fillets in the pan, which you pre-season to taste. Close the dish with a lid and let the tilapia simmer with the vegetables for about 6-8 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished delicacy with chopped green spices of your choice and good appetite!
