How To Cook Timbale With Minced Meat (pasta Casserole) - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of long pasta
  • 300 grams of minced meat
  • 1 cup sour cream with 15-20% fat
  • 2 eggs
  • parsley, dill
  • black pepper, salt


Method of preparation :

Boil the pasta until semi-finished, pour it on a towel so that it can dry a little.

Fry the minced meat until cooked, if desired, you can add mushrooms.

Beat the eggs, mix them with the cooking cream, add salt and parsley / dill to taste.

Arrange the pasta in a greased round shape (or pan) so that it covers the bottom and walls of the dish. Spread the minced meat and cover it with the cream topping, not filling the pan completely.

Finish with a row of pasta, which you also shape into a spiral.

Place in the oven for 40 minutes, then turn the finished casserole on a flat tray or plate.
