Thoroughly mix the yolks with the sugar.
Beat the egg whites to a stiff foam by putting a pinch of salt in them.
Mix the mascarpone and the sweet egg combination, gradually start adding the egg white foam, stirring thoroughly to keep the cream soft and airy.
Dissolve the coffee in a cup of warm water.
Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.
It's time to assemble the dessert.
Dip each cookie in the coffee for 1 second, then break into two pieces, which you arrange in the bowls in which you will serve the tiramisu (you can use dessert bowls, suitable cups). A row of pieces of fruit follows.
Continue alternating the products in the same sequence until they run out.
Sprinkle the top layer with cocoa powder and store the dessert in the refrigerator.
The cookies should be absorbed by the cream and the tiramisu should be cooled.
When this happens, you can serve.
