How To Cook Tiramisu With Cognac And Condensed Milk Cream With Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

300-350 grams of biscuits
250 grams of ricotta cheese
200-250 grams of cream cheese or mascarpone
about 300 grams of condensed milk
1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons cognac (or other alcohol of your choice)
1-2 teaspoons espresso
3 teaspoons spoons of sugar - optional
cocoa powder for sprinkling

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the cream cheese with the ricotta and condensed milk. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 2 tablespoons cognac.
Make 2 cups of coffee and add the remaining cognac.
It's time to "assemble" the dessert. Dip each cookie in the coffee and arrange in a suitable form tightly.

 


Spread the resulting base generously with cream cheese. Next is another row of cookies covered with cream. Continue in the same sequence until the products are exhausted, finishing with the mixture of cheese and milk.
