  • Canned apricots and peaches are interchangeable.
  • Sesame oil - with olive oil.
  • Lemongrass - with lemon balm.
  • Lemon juice = a mixture of 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid dissolved in water or 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
  • Green lemon (juice and peel) - with ordinary lemon.
