How To Cook Toasted Slices With Caramelized Pears, Ricotta And Hazelnuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Toasted slices with caramelized pears, ricotta and hazelnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

2 slices bread
3 tablespoons ricotta
1/2 vanilla pod
1 tablespoon roasted and finely chopped hazelnuts
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1 pear
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the pear into thin slices and place them in a bowl in which you have previously melted the butter with the sugar. Fry them for about 5 minutes and remove from the heat.

Cut the vanilla pod and pour the contents over the ricotta. Stir.

Toast the slices in a toaster or use a dry pan. Then spread them with vanilla cheese and arrange slices of caramelized pears on it.

Sprinkle the toasters with crushed roasted hazelnuts and sweeten with liquid honey or maple syrup.
