Clean, wash and cut into portions. Marinate it in your favorite spices and lemon juice, then roll in flour and lightly fry each of the pieces on both sides.
Peel an onion, cut it into slices and fry.
Grease a pan with oil, pour onions into it and arrange the fish on it. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and dill, pour the cream and bake in the oven (180 degrees) for half an hour.
Meanwhile, grate the yellow cheese and sprinkle with it for about five minutes before removing from the oven.
