Learn how to cook "Tomato and spinach salad with bacon and toast". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
150 grams of spinach
50 grams of mozzarella
1 tomato (or a few cherries)
4 slices of bacon
2 slices of white bread
olive oil
salt
lemon juice
Preparation :
Wash and chop the fresh spinach leaves. Cut the cheese, tomatoes and bacon into small pieces.
Bake the bacon in a dry pan until crispy.
Cut the bread into pieces of your choice and put it in the oven for 2-3 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. You can make croutons if you prefer.
Mix the vegetables, bacon and cheese, add the crispy breads and season the salad with salt, olive oil and lemon juice to taste.
You can also add 1/2 sliced avocado.
