The quantities of the products are not strictly defined, take into account your personal taste preferences and the desired number of servings of ready-made soup.
Method of preparation :
Finely chop the onion and fry it in olive oil until browned. Add red, black pepper and other spices to taste, add a little tomato paste. A minute later, add the canned tomatoes, basil, parsley and a little sugar, stirring during this time. Allow the resulting mixture to simmer for 20 minutes, then add grated cheese and beat everything with a blender until creamy.
Serve the finished soup with croutons or rusks, you can toast slices to rub with garlic.
