Tomato with cheese is a classic that can be added to spaghetti or cooked as a dip and served with chips. Here's how to make a tomato dip.

Required products :

  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 green hot peppers
  • 6 cloves garlic (whole unpeeled)
  • 440 grams of tomatoes, halved
  • 30 grams of coriander or parsley
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • the juice of 1 lime
  • 320 grams of corn tortilla for serving
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • feta cheese or plain cow's cheese for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Bake onions, hot peppers, tomatoes and garlic only on high heat for 10 minutes.

Then turn the oven to 220 degrees.

Put the garlic and peppers in a bag and leave for a few minutes, after which you can easily peel. Put in a food processor, add tomatoes, onions, coriander and chili sauce. Season and blend until smooth.

Pour into a bowl.

Coat the tortilla cakes with a little olive oil and cut them into triangles. Bake for 7-8 minutes, season with salt.

Put the tortilla in a large plate, and in the middle put the tomato sauce (along with the bowl), sprinkle with cheese.
