Necessary products:
300 grams of chickpeas
500 grams of lamb ribs
1 large carrot
1 stalk of celery
2 cloves garlic
connection green onions
500 grams of peeled canned tomatoes with juice
1 teaspoon sweet red pepper
1 fresh tomato

Method of preparation:
Soak chickpeas in cold water for 8 - 12 hours. Then drain the water and wash it. Cut the ribs into portions. Carrots, celery, garlic and green onions should be finely chopped, chop the tomatoes with a knife, as in the can.
Pour olive oil into a saucepan and fry the ribs in it. Add chickpeas, pour 2 liters of boiling water and simmer for about an hour on low heat.
While the meat is cooking, fry the carrot and celery in olive oil for 3-5 minutes, add the garlic and green onions, canned tomatoes, red pepper and stew for 2 minutes.
40 minutes after the start of cooking the meat, add the vegetable mixture, salt to taste and cook for another 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and add thinly sliced fresh tomatoes.
