Necessary products:

Method of preparation:

Soak chickpeas in cold water for 8 - 12 hours. Then drain the water and wash it. Cut the ribs into portions. Carrots, celery, garlic and green onions should be finely chopped, chop the tomatoes with a knife, as in the can.

Pour olive oil into a saucepan and fry the ribs in it. Add chickpeas, pour 2 liters of boiling water and simmer for about an hour on low heat.

While the meat is cooking, fry the carrot and celery in olive oil for 3-5 minutes, add the garlic and green onions, canned tomatoes, red pepper and stew for 2 minutes.

40 minutes after the start of cooking the meat, add the vegetable mixture, salt to taste and cook for another 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and add thinly sliced ​​fresh tomatoes.
