Wash the tomatoes, scald them and peel them. Drain the juice, clean the seeds and chop the soft part. Put it in a colander to drain all the liquid. Grate the cheese, chop the onion. Collect the tomatoes and onions in a bowl, add the flour and mint, season with salt and pepper, add the cheese and mix everything well. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Put the oil to heat. Form from the minced tomato meatballs about 1 cm thick (approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture for 1 meatball). Fry them on both sides (3 - 5 minutes on each). Put them on a paper towel to drain off excess fat and after they cool a bit, serve.
