Necessary products:

  • 1 tsp wheat flour
  • 1 tsp tomato juice
  • 1 tsp milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 s. l. Sol
  • oil to grease the pan
  • green onions - optional
  • For the stuffing:
  • pork liver
  • onion

Method of preparation:

Mix the milk with the tomato juice, add the salt and sugar. Beat well with a wire whisk. Gradually add the flour and stir. Separately beat the eggs, mix them with the other products and mix until smooth.

Heat the pan, grease it with a little oil and bake pancakes. If you are going to use green onions, cut them and put them in the pan before the dough. You can serve with cream.

 

We also offer you a variant with liver filling: boil pork liver and grind it, fry onion and mix with liver. Fill the pancakes with the mixture and grease with butter. You can replace the liver with minced meat, which you can fry until ready together with the onion.
