Required products :

  • 1 kg of tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • oil or olive oil
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Put the tomatoes for 10-15 seconds in a saucepan of boiling water. Then remove, peel the skins, and cut the meat into pieces, which you puree using a blender.

Finely chop the peeled onions, squeeze the garlic and stew them together in oil or olive oil.

 

Then add the tomato puree to them, which is left to cook over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.

 

Finally, add salt and season the sauce with dried oregano and basil.
