How To Cook Tomato Sauce With Mushrooms, Garlic And Oregano (for Spaghetti) - Recipe

Required products :

  • 800 grams of canned tomatoes in their own juice
  • 500 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried ground basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying


Method of preparation :

Finely chop the onion and fry it together with the crushed garlic cloves and fry for 5 minutes in olive oil, stirring occasionally.

Then add the mushrooms, pre-washed and sliced. Fry them until soft (about five minutes).

Then pour the sliced ​​tomatoes together with the juice into the bowl and season with basil, oregano, marjoram and salt to taste.

Once the combination boils, reduce the heat to medium and simmer for about 10 minutes (do not close the lid)
