Required products :

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons oil or olive oil
  • salt, pepper and other spices of your choice
  • croutons
  • garlic
  • meat broth (or water)
  • noodles, rice on request
  • parmesan, cream if desired

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the tomatoes, make an incision in the form of a cross, scald them with boiling water (cover them completely) for 8 - 10 minutes (turn them constantly). Then drain the water, fill them with cold and peel their skins. Finely chop the tomatoes, if desired, remove the seeds.

Fry the chopped garlic in olive oil until golden, then you can leave it in the pan or take it out (depending on your taste) and add the tomatoes. Allow to simmer until smooth. Then transfer to a saucepan, dilute with meat broth (or water) and leave for a few minutes on the stove. The soup is ready.

You can serve with croutons, with pre-cooked rice or noodles, also parmesan, cream ...

You can also make croutons yourself: cut a slice of bread into small pieces, fry (or bake) in oil / olive oil, sprinkle with crushed garlic and / or spices as you prefer.
