How To Cook Tomato Soup With Grated Potatoes, Minced Meat And Chickpeas - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 cup chickpeas (pre-soaked in water)
  • 400 grams of minced meat (optional)
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 small sweet pepper
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • spices
  • 4 liters of water

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the pre-soaked chickpeas until ready (add salt to the water).

From the minced meat make balls, which you put to boil with chickpeas.

Fry the diced carrots and onions, add the pepper, garlic, tomato paste and let the vegetables simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes (stir and be careful not to burn them).

Pour the stuffing with chickpeas and minced meat, add the coarsely grated potatoes. Season the soup to taste and simmer for 20 minutes.

When you turn off the stove, wait 10 minutes before serving.

Sprinkle with parsley leaves and enjoy!
