Required products :

3 tomatoes
1 red pepper
1 onion
2 teaspoons chicken broth
3 tablespoons tomato paste
3 cloves garlic
pasta to taste
oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation :
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, fry them in a pan with hot oil at medium temperature for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then pour the warm broth, stir and wait for it to boil. Leave on low heat for about 7-8 minutes (be sure to stir).
Boil the tomatoes with boiling water, peel them and chop finely. Add them to the soup.
Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small cubes. Add the tomato paste, salt, pepper and pasta to taste.
Stir, bring to a boil and simmer until the pasta is ready.
If it gets too thick, add a little hot water.
