Required products :

  • 2 - 3 potatoes
  • 80 grams of rice
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • pepper
  • fennel (seeds and stalks)
  • parsley
  • 1.5 liters of water

Method of preparation :

Clean and wash the rice, fry it in oil, pour boiling water, put the potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes. Leave on the stove until the last ones are cooked to full readiness.

Fry the flour, dilute it with water and add to the rice decoction.

Finely chopped onions fry until golden, add the diced tomatoes, fry together for about 3 minutes and pour over the rice. Season to taste and before serving, sprinkle with chopped dill and parsley.
