Required products :

  • 1 red sweet pepper

  • 3 unpeeled garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 800 grams of canned peeled tomatoes
  • 2 medium-sized potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons chicken broth
  • chorizo ​​sausage or other suitable
  • serving croutons

 

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Put the peppers, onions and whole unpeeled garlic cloves in a pan. Sprinkle the products with olive oil, salt, sprinkle with black pepper and bake for 20-25 minutes until the pepper is ready for peeling.

Take it out, put it in a package or wrap it in foil for 5 minutes, then peel it, remove the seeds and the tail. Peel the garlic.

Transfer everything to a pan, add the tomatoes, peeled and diced potatoes, pour the broth. Once the mixture boils, cook for 12-15 minutes on medium heat (until the potatoes are ready).
