Required products :


1 can of salmon
3 tablespoons rice
1 small onion
Pitted olives to taste
1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon butter
tomato paste to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan and place on the stove. Once the liquid boils, add the rice to it, add salt to taste and let the white beans boil until semi-finished.
Then add the peeled and finely chopped onions. Chop the salmon into large pieces and pour into the pan along with the fat from the can. Put the olives cut into circles, 3-4 slices of lemon also cut into small pieces along with the peel.

When the rice is completely cooked, add tomato puree to taste, season the soup with salt and ground black pepper, add the butter and remove the pan from the heat.
