Required products :

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed)
  • 4 teaspoons dried tomatoes
  • 400 grams of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 250 grams of broccoli cut into roses

for potatoes with mustard:

  • 500 grams of small fresh potatoes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon wholemeal mustard
  • freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Roll out the dough and cut into 4 rectangles. Press the middle of each rectangle to form a board. Transfer to a tray.

Arrange the sun-dried tomatoes between the rectangles and arrange the sliced ​​tomatoes on top. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sugar and capers. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
