Necessary products:

2 kg of tomatoes (cut in bulk, in half)

4 peppers

2 heads of garlic

parsley

100 grams of vinegar

100 grams of oil

100 grams of sugar

2 tablespoons salt

Method of preparation:

Grind (or finely chop) the peppers and garlic, mix them. Chop the parsley. Take a three-liter jar and arrange the products in it, alternating a layer of tomatoes, a mixture of peppers and garlic, parsley, tomatoes again and so on until they run out. Mix the oil, vinegar, sugar and salt. Stir until the dry spices dissolve and pour this combination over the tomatoes. Close the container with a lid and store in the refrigerator, turning it upside down. After 8 hours the salad is ready for consumption. Then store the jar in its normal position.
