How To Cook Tomatoes Stuffed With Rice, Mozzarella And Spinach - Recipe

Required products :

  • 6 fleshy tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon boiled rice
  • 3 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • 100 grams of chopped mozzarella
  • connection fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and cayenne pepper to taste


Method of preparation :

Rinse the cooked rice with cold water.

Cut off the lids of the tomatoes, scoop out the inside with a teaspoon.

Mix 3/4 of the mozzarella with chopped or shredded spinach, pesto sauce, rice. Season, stir and fill the tomatoes with the mixture.

Arrange them in a pan, sprinkle with the remaining grated mozzarella or use Parmesan. Sprinkle with olive oil, sprinkle with a pinch of cayenne pepper and place in the oven (preheated to 200 degrees).

In 20 minutes the appetizer will be ready.
