How To Cook Torn Lavash Pie With Cheese, Eggs And Milk - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3 thin sheets of lavash
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 grams of cheese or yellow cheese
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 250 milliliters of fresh milk
  • salt, dill, pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with the milk, add the grated cheese / yellow cheese, chopped dill and pour the oil. Season the mixture with black pepper, add salt and add the lavash leaves, which you have previously chopped.

Stir, pour into a pan and bake until done (about 25-30 minutes at 185 degrees).
