How To Cook Tortilla With Chicken, Vegetables And Cheese - Recipe

We often wonder what to put in the student's backpack or what to take for lunch in the office. We present you delicious tortilla cakes stuffed with chicken, vegetables and cheese - the products are known in our market and very affordable, so you can easily prepare a delicious sandwich.

Required products :

  • 2 tea cups shredded chicken (pre-cooked)
  • 1/4 tea cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion feathers
  • 4 large tortilla cakes
  • 1 stalk celery (celery) - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 cup crushed blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation :

In a bowl, mix the chicken, hot sauce and melted butter. Add the green onion feathers and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the meat mixture on all 4 tortillas, sprinkle with celery, cheddar, blue cheese and lettuce.

 

Wrap the ends of the tortillas towards the center, overlapping them, turn them with the folded part down.

In a large skillet, heated to medium heat, pour olive oil. Once hot, place the tortillas one by one with the folded part towards the bottom of the pan.

 

Cook for 3 minutes and turn on the other side for as long.

Repeat with the other 3 tortillas.

Cut the resulting envelopes in half and serve.
