Required products :

  • 10 frozen fish sticks (fish bites)
  • 4 tortillas
  • 150 grams of long grain rice (cooked)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 350 grams of frozen peppers (mix)
  • 400 grams of Mexican mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • 100 grams of baby spinach, fresh

Method of preparation :

Fry the semi-finished fish sticks in a little fat.

Bake the loaves for 5 minutes in the pan and tortilla.

Put a spoonful of olive oil in the pan and fry the onion until soft. Add the peppers and mix the vegetables. Stir and cook until soft - about 10 minutes.

Add 50 grams of spinach to the vegetables.

Assemble the tortilla cakes - put in each rice, vegetables and fish sticks. Sprinkle with the remaining fresh spinach and wrap.
