How To Cook Tortilla With Zucchini, Vegetables And Spices - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 2 onions
  • 250 grams of chopped zucchini
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 stalk green onion, finely chopped
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 6 broken eggs
  • 1/3 teaspoon saffron
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons rice flour
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • chopped parsley leaves and green onions for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onions. Stew and pour it into a bowl.

 

Add the zucchini, salt, pepper and green onions.

 

Stew the vegetables and add them to the eggs, along with the onions. Season with turmeric, saffron, rice flour and baking powder. Stir and pour everything into the hot pan.

 

Bake for 10 minutes on one side and as much on the other. Use a flat plate to help turn the tortilla. Cool, cut and serve, garnished with sour cream, parsley and green onions.
