Required products :
* A tea cup is used to measure the quantities.
Method of preparation :
Spread each tortilla with hummus and garnish with cheddar cheese, spinach, peppers, broccoli sprouts, red cabbage and carrots, then roll up.
Optionally, cut into small pieces for children. Serve with milk sauce with feta cheese, basil and garlic or with milk sauce with mint.
