How To Cook Tortillas With Cheddar, Vegetables And Hummus - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Tortillas with cheddar, vegetables and hummus". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 4 wholemeal tortillas
  • 1 cup hummus (optional)
  • 60 grams of cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1 and 1/3 cups baby spinach
  • 1 red pepper cut into strips
  • 1 cup broccoli sprouts
  • red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1-2 carrots, cut into thin strips
  • milk sauce with feta cheese, basil and garlic or milk sauce with mint

* A tea cup is used to measure the quantities.

Method of preparation :

Spread each tortilla with hummus and garnish with cheddar cheese, spinach, peppers, broccoli sprouts, red cabbage and carrots, then roll up.

Optionally, cut into small pieces for children. Serve with milk sauce with feta cheese, basil and garlic or with milk sauce with mint.
