How To Cook Triangular Patties With Minced Meat Filling - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Triangular patties with minced meat filling". Delicious recipe.

Pies for a bite - that's what we could call these pies. The stuffing is minced lamb, but you can successfully replace it with another type. They are quick to prepare, very tasty and mostly crunchy.

Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 220 grams of minced lamb
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • full handful of parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
  • 250 grams of ricotta
  • 4 pie crusts, cut into squares
  • 1 broken egg
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
  • yogurt for serving

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 180 degrees.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the minced meat and onion for 2-3 minutes until the meat is browned.

Add the garlic and after 10 seconds remove from the heat.

Add parsley, hot and black pepper, ricotta and a pinch of salt. Mix the filling well.

Take a square of the crust, smear the edges with the egg and fold diagonally into a triangle. Put some of the filling, re-grease the edges and fold again into a triangle, pressing to glue the edges. Shape the other patties in the same way.

Arrange them in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and spread the patties with egg. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.

Serve them with yogurt.
