Required products :

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 3 proteins
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream tartar
  • 3 tablespoons crystal sugar
  • green food coloring
  • orange food coloring
  • white food coloring

for the filling:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons cream

Method of preparation :

In a bowl, mix the almond flour and powdered sugar.

Beat the egg whites until fluffy and shiny, when they begin to form soft peaks, add the tartar cream. When they harden and become fluffy (with the consistency of shaving foam), start adding sugar.

You should put the almond mixture in parts - the mixture should not be crumbly, but rather shaggy.

Divide the mixture into three parts, each of which color with the necessary colors.

Put the mixtures in 3 different bags, each with an opening of about 1 centimeter.

Make small pasta in a shallow tray lined with paper. Allow standing for 45 minutes at room temperature.

Preheat oven to 150 degrees and bake for about 15-20 minutes until well dried.

Take them out of the oven and wait for them to cool completely.

Prepare cream for sticking - mix cream cheese and butter with a mixer, add powdered sugar in portions to absorb well.

Add the vanilla and cream, adding it spoon by spoon. The mixture should be creamy and soft, but not liquid.

Peel the pasta from the parchment paper and spread it with the resulting cream, then glue them.
