How To Cook Tricolor Fusilli With Zucchini, Basil And White Wine - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of tricolor fusili paste
  • 100 grams of fried crispy onions
  • 1 green zucchini
  • 3 sprigs of fresh basil
  • 100 milliliters of white wine
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • 20 grams of butter

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil the fusilli and cool them. Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the diced zucchini. Add the crispy onion, pour the wine and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.

Add the fusilli and finely chopped basil. Cook for 10-15 minutes, pour into saucers and serve the dish decorated with basil leaves.
