Necessary products:

250 milliliters of fresh milk

3 eggs

150 milliliters of cream

125 grams of biscuits

100 milliliters of coffee

2 bananas

1 - 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar

2 teaspoons starch

2 tablespoons almond liqueur

 

 

Method of preparation:

Bring 200 milliliters of milk to a boil, and mix the remaining 50 with starch, vanilla sugar, egg yolks, stir and add everything to the hot milk. Cook, stirring, until the mixture thickens. Then cool the cream. Whip the cream, cut the bananas into circles, mix the coffee with the liqueur and dip the biscuits in the resulting syrup. Put the products in suitable tall cups, alternating the following layers: biscuits with coffee, vanilla cream, bananas, whipped cream. Decorate the dessert as desired and serve.
