Method of preparation:
Melt the chocolate and before mixing it with the other products, pour some of it into metal molds of your choice and cool. Add the butter to the rest and beat until smooth. Add the whipped egg whites, cream and gelatin. Beat again and set aside.
Make the black mousse in the same way and again pour some of the chocolate into molds of your choice. Cool and prepare the ordinary mousse. To do this, melt the chocolate, add the butter, egg whites and stir.
Take dessert cups and distribute in each of the resulting mousses. Start with black, then add white, finish with chocolate and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Remove the chocolate from the tins and decorate the desserts. Cool and serve.
