Necessary products:
- 700 grams of boiled chicken
- two old slices of bread soaked in water
- two broken eggs
- a grated onion
- fresh parsley to taste
- salt and pepper
- 2 slices of pineapple, drained and finely chopped
- 1-2 chopped hot peppers
- 2 stalks of fresh onion
Method of preparation:
Put the chicken in a blender, grind and pour into a bowl. Add the drained slices of bread, onion, eggs and salt.
Season with black pepper and chopped parsley. Add the pineapple, onion, hot pepper and knead. Put the minced meat in a cool place for an hour or two and heat a grill pan.
Form meatballs and bake them on both sides until done. Serve warm with a garnish of your choice.
