Required products :

  • 1 baguette
  • 1 fresh cucumber
  • 300 grams of salted trout or salmon
  • 150 grams of cheese
  • frying oil
  • dill for decoration
  • lettuce leaves for arranging a couch


Method of preparation :

Cut the baguette into slices and fry briefly on both sides in very hot oil. A nice yellow crust should form, be careful not to overcook.
