Required products :
400 grams of frozen broccoli
400 grams of trout fillet
100 grams of yellow cheese
3 eggs
100 milliliters of milk
1 tablespoon flour
salt and pepper
Method of preparation :
Thaw the broccoli, drain the liquid with a colander.
Cut the fish fillet into pieces, mix it with the green "bouquets", add salt and mix gently.
Pour the combination into a greased form.
Mix the eggs with the milk, grated yellow cheese and flour. Season to taste and pour the resulting sauce over the trout and broccoli.
Bake the dish in the oven, which you previously turned on to preheat to 180 degrees. It takes at least 40 minutes for the casserole to be ready.
