Necessary products:

  • 3/4 tea cup confectionery cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate 70% cocoa, finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon dried oil roses
  • cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon rose water

Method of preparation:

Put the chocolate and butter in a bowl. Mix the cream and roses, heat in a saucepan until boiling, remove from the heat and wait 5-10 minutes to flavor.

 

Return to the hob for 5 minutes and pour into the bowl. Stir to melt the chocolate and add the rose water. Stir until smooth, pour into a yen dish and cool for an hour. Using a measuring spoon, scoop out the mixture, form balls and arrange on baking paper.

 

Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Roll the finished truffles in cocoa, arrange and serve.
