How To Cook Tuna Clautes With Olives, Eggs And Milk - Recipe

Required products :

600 grams of canned tuna in its own juice
4 eggs
300 milliliters of milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
50 grams of Emmental cheese
1 tablespoon of starch
400 grams of tomatoes
400 grams of large pitted black olives
salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the tuna into a bowl and mash with a fork until smooth. Add 1-2 tablespoons of juice to the can.

Dissolve the starch in 3 tablespoons of milk, beat the eggs separately with a wire for this purpose. Pour the rest of the milk into them without stopping to beat. Then combine with the starch.

To the resulting mixture add the mashed fish, tomatoes (only the meat). Season to taste and stir.

Grease a round ceramic dish with olive oil and pour the fish mass. Level the surface and arrange the olives on it at approximately the same distance from each other.

Sprinkle with grated Emmental cheese and bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Then wait for it to cool to room temperature and store in the refrigerator.

Serve on lettuce leaves or with fresh vegetables.
