Required products :

  • 250 grams of canned tuna in its own juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 large well-ripened tomato
  • a handful of watercress or radish sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice and thick natural yogurt
  • left
  • 2 loaves


Method of preparation :

Boil the eggs hard (10 minutes), peel them and cut into small cubes. So cut the tomato, which you previously scalded, peel it and clean the seeds. Also the avocado (pre-peeled), pouring the pieces with lemon juice.

Drain the liquid from the can and mash the fish with a fork.

Mix the products, add salt to taste, add watercress or radish sprouts, yogurt and stir.

Heat the loaves in a toaster or use the oven, then cut them in half and fill with the salad.
