Required products :

  • 800 grams of puff pastry
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pepper (sweet)
  • 200 grams of canned tuna
  • 1 egg
  • oregano to taste


Method of preparation :

Peel, wash, chop and finely chop the onion, fry it in oil. Add the peeled and chopped peppers, season with salt, oregano and pepper.

Mash the rila with a fork and mix with the vegetables.

Cut the dough into squares, at one end of each put the stuffing and close with the other part, giving the shape of a triangle. Glue the ends, pressing with a fork.

Coat the surface with beaten egg and arrange the puff pastry in a pan on parchment.

Bake for half an hour in the oven at medium temperature.
