Required products :

1 can of tuna
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
left
pepper

Method of preparation :

Mix the mayonnaise, mustard and sugar.

Drain the fish from the juice and mash with a fork. If too dry a mass is obtained, pour very little of the liquid into the can.

Mix the fish with the sauce, season to taste and stir.

Pour the pate into a jar and store in the refrigerator.

When you decide to eat it, spread it on a slice of wholemeal bread. You can serve with capers or finely chopped olives.
