Required products :

500 grams of potatoes

300 grams of canned tuna in its own sauce

2 tomatoes

300 grams of cream

200 grams of frozen peas

100 grams of grated yellow cheese

juice of 1/2 lemon

left

pepper

parsley

Method of preparation :

Put the potatoes to boil until semi-cooked (for 15 minutes). Then cut them into circles and place them in a greased pan. Add salt to taste. Drain the fish sauce, add lemon juice, salt, pepper, cream and puree until smooth. Pour half of it over the potatoes, then spread the peas and then the other half of the sauce. Cut the tomatoes into slices and arrange them on the surface. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake the dish in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Sprinkle this delicacy with chopped parsley and serve.
