How To Cook Tuna Salad, Quail Eggs And Cherry Tomatoes - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Salad with tuna, quail eggs and cherry tomatoes". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 can of tuna in its own juice (200 grams)
  • 15 quail eggs
  • 4 carrots
  • 10-12 cherry tomatoes
  • 80-100 grams of lettuce leaves (can cabbage leaves)
  • 5-6 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the tomatoes in halves, grate the carrots, chop the lettuce (or cabbage) finely. Mix the vegetables in the salad bowl and stir.

Boil the quail eggs and peel them when they have cooled enough. Then cut in half and add to the remaining products.

Mash the fish with a fork and put in the salad, which pour a few tablespoons of canned juice. Mix everything.

Pour the balsamic vinegar into a suitable container, season with salt and pepper and warm a little.

Season the salad with this sauce just before serving.
