Necessary products:
400 grams of Chinese cabbage
1 can of tuna in its own sauce
100 grams of hard yellow cheese
1 small turnip
1 packet of melted cheese
1 tbsp salad dressing (basil, sweet pepper, salt, sugar, garlic, leek, parsley)
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp olive oil
Method of preparation:
Cut the cabbage into strips (they may not be very small to keep the juice in the leaves). Wash the radish, peel it and cut it into thin leaves (you can use yellow radish, which, in addition to natural bitterness, also has a sweet taste). Cut the yellow cheese into thin strips, mix it with the cabbage and turnips, stir carefully to keep the shape of the products and not to run out of the cabbage juice.
Cut the melted cheese into small cubes, add it to the salad. Season to taste, sprinkle with sesame seeds and pour olive oil. Then pour the tuna (along with the juice) and mix everything gently. You can also taste with lemon juice if you wish.
