Required products :

1 can of tuna
1 avocado
2 long cucumbers
1/2 small boiled carrot if desired a
few tablespoons of natural yogurt (or cream)
1 clove of garlic if desired
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel an avocado, grate it and mash it with a fork. Mix it with canned tuna and add boiled and mashed carrots along with garlic. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste, add a few tablespoons of natural yogurt or mayonnaise and mix everything well.

Wash the cucumbers and peel them, leaving strips of peel to get an interesting decoration on future vegetable dishes. Cut into pieces 30-40 millimeters long, which are arranged vertically in a suitable flat dish. Using a spoon, carve the inside and fill with the delicious salad you have already prepared.

Garnish with green spices and serve.
