How To Cook Turkey Crusts For Pie With Spinach, Salmon And Feta - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 250 grams of pie crusts
  • 50 grams of melted butter
  • 200 grams of cleaned fresh spinach
  • 150 grams of feta mermaid
  • lemon juice to taste
  • 300 grams of salmon fillet
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a pan pour and heat olive oil, seal the fish fillets and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste. Drain and set aside, sauté the finely chopped spinach in the same fat and add the cheese.

Stir and cool the mixture. Spread the crusts two by two, put fillet and spinach stuffing at the ends.

 

Fold the ends lengthwise by about 5 cm inwards, fold the wide end and roll.

  

Spread with melted butter and arrange on a tray lined with a sheet of parchment. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake until golden sugar. Serve the cigars warm, break and eat with pleasure.
