Cut the meat, season it with salt and pepper. Put it in a bowl and pour the mustard, honey, lemon juice, half the wine.
Stir well and let the turkey stand for an hour. Heat the butter in a pan, saute the meat until done and pour into a plate.
In the same fat put peeled potatoes and carrots, pour the remaining wine, season with chopped dill, salt and pepper. Stew until ready. Serve the dish garnished with vegetables.
