Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of turkey meat
  • 5 grams of cumin and 5 grams of black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 stalk leek
  • 1 egg
  • 2 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 1 dry slice of bread soaked in milk
  • salt to taste
  • 1 mint leaf
  • frying oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour

 

Method of preparation:

 

Grind the turkey through a meat grinder and put it in a bowl. Add cumin, black pepper, crushed garlic and finely chopped leeks.

Stir and add the egg, finely chopped mint and parsley, a slice of bread and season with salt. Knead the minced meat and cool for an hour.

Form meatballs, roll them in flour, heat the oil and fry them. Drain on a kitchen roll, arrange on a plate and serve. Optionally, garnish with a sauce of your choice.
