Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of turkey meat
  • 70 grams of large breadcrumbs
  • 70 grams of ground cornflakes
  • 70 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon mix of oregano, basil and other spices
  • 5 grams of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili
  • salt and pepper

 

for spaghetti

 

  • 3 zucchini
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 teaspoons marinara sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon parmesan

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and spray the pan with a non-stick spray. Grind the meat through a meat grinder, put it in a bowl and add the breadcrumbs, cornflakes, parmesan, egg yolks, spices, garlic, chili, salt and pepper.

 

Knead the minced meat and cool it. Form meatballs, arrange in the pan and bake until done.

 

Cut the zucchini with a notched peeler, add salt and blanch them for one minute in boiling water.

 

Strain, dry and place in a bowl. Garnish with marinara sauce and some of the already roasted turkey meatballs. Sprinkle with parmesan and garnish with parsley. Serve and eat.
